WebaesTakeover

Your website says the same thing every day. It shouldn’t.

Sale banners, holiday cutoffs, “closed today” notices — written, scheduled and put live for you by a studio, not a dashboard. We set it up once, on the site you already have. After that you just tell us what needs saying.

How it works

You say what is happening. We do the rest.

01

We set it up once

We do the setup on your site — Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, whatever yours runs on. It takes us about five minutes and you do not have to be there. Until we put something up, your site looks exactly as it does today.

02

The busy weeks stop sneaking up

We map your year once — the sales, the holiday cutoffs, the weeks you close. Each one goes up on its date and comes down on its own, so the thing you meant to announce actually gets announced.

03

And when the day goes sideways

Sold out, burst pipe, closing early. Email us and we write it and put it up — you are not learning software at the worst possible moment, and you are not waiting on whoever built your site.

Playbooks

We already know what your year looks like.

Every kind of business has the same handful of moments that make or cost it money. We already know what yours are — nine trades and counting — so the year gets planned in one sitting instead of being remembered in a panic.

You are two minutes and two business days from done. Subscribe, answer a few questions about your site, and we take it from there — nothing to install, nothing to learn, nothing to remember. After that it is just email: you tell us what is happening, we write it, put it up, and take it down on the right day.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

Will this mess up my site?

No. What we add to your site weighs 2,814 bytes — less than the text on this page — and it loads after your own content, so your site is never waiting on us. A banner pushes your page down rather than covering your own menu — so we reserve exactly the right amount of room for it when we install, and nothing on your page moves when one appears. We measured 0 across six runs. Skip that step and you would get a small one-off shift of 0.0344 as it lands, which Google still counts as good — but we do the install, so you get neither. And if our end ever went down, your site would look exactly as it does today. It fails quietly and shows nothing.

Do you track my visitors?

No. No cookies, nothing stored on your visitors' devices, nothing shared with anyone else. We ask one question — is there a banner to show right now — and that question carries nothing about who is asking. If somebody closes a banner it stays closed for that page, because remembering it would mean leaving something behind on their device, and we do not do that.

How quickly does something go up?

Same working day, usually within the hour — you email us, we write it and put it up. Most of what we do is not urgent at all: it is booked in weeks ahead and appears on the day you chose. For the technically minded, the system side is measured rather than estimated — 50 timed pushes, median 6.6 seconds from us pressing the button to it being on your site, slowest 17.8. We say seconds rather than "instant" because seconds is what we measured.

What if something changes today?

Email us and tell us what happened — you do not have to word it well, that is our job. We write it, put it up, and take it down when you say. You are emailing the people who actually run it, not a helpdesk and not a ticket queue, and you are not learning software on the worst day of your month.

Do I have to learn a dashboard?

No, and that is the whole point. There is nothing to log into and nothing to learn. You email us what is happening; we write it, schedule it, and it takes itself down. The reason most banners on small business sites are three months out of date is that somebody has to remember to remove them — here nobody does.

What actually happens after I pay?

You land on a short form — your website address, what kind of business you run, who to contact. Two minutes, and it is the only admin there is. We set everything up on your site within 2 business days and email you when it is live; you do not need to be there for any of it. From then on it is email: you tell us what is happening, we write the banner, put it up, and take it down on the right day.

Can I cancel?

Month to month, no contract, no notice period. Tell us to stop and we take everything down. Nothing stays on your site.

What about this page — do you track me here?

Lightly, and without cookies. This page loads Vercel Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you anywhere. It loads no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers — open your devtools and check. It would be a strange thing to sell you a snippet that tracks nobody from a page that tracks everybody.

Fifteen minutes, and you’ll know exactly what goes live, and when.

Book a call

No contract, month to month, cancel any time. If your site doesn’t need this, we’ll say so on the call.
